Obsidian Financial Services, an FHA-approved delegated lender selling direct to FHLMC & FNMA, is expanding and looking for a Mortgage Wholesale Account Executive to join our team! Main product will be the FHA VOE Only product and FHA EEP.
🔑 About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and motivated professional with at least 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry working with mortgage brokers and can bring a book of business in the 7 to 10 million dollar range. This role focuses on building broker relationships and helping them close loans using our specialty products, including:
- FHA VOE-Only Program (one of the few lenders offering this unique product!)
- EEP Lease Option Program
- Non-QM Products
You’ll be working with brokers who are actively searching for solutions outside of traditional guidelines—and you’ll have the products and support to get their deals funded.

👤 Who We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years mortgage industry experience (wholesale / broker-focused)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build broker relationships
- Highly motivated and hard-working, with the drive to earn triple-digit income quickly
- Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
