About the Role

This is a high-impact, hunter-style role focused on winning enterprise accounts, building strategic partnerships, and shaping the go-to-market engine from the ground up. The company is reimagining how claims are handled using AI and modern workflows - replacing outdated systems, reducing cycle times, and delivering significantly better operational outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

• Own and close complex enterprise deals from first conversation through signed agreement
• Build and refine GTM strategy, sales playbooks, and scalable growth processes
• Develop trusted relationships with senior insurance and claims leaders
• Represent the business at conferences, industry events, and executive meetings
• Partner closely with Product and Operations teams to influence roadmap and market strategy
• Help scale and mentor the commercial function as the business grows

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience
• Strong background within insurance, claims, or related industries
• Proven success closing large, complex deals and opening new logos
• Experience building GTM motions or sales frameworks in high-growth environments
• Executive presence with the ability to engage senior stakeholders xhqgsiq
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in fast-moving startup environments
• Interest in AI and technology-driven transformation
