As an Account Executive for the Omaha Territory, you will lead direct outreach and deal closing across Nebraska's largest metropolitan market, spanning West Omaha, Millard, Benson, Midtown, and the Papillion-La Vista commercial corridors:

Territory Prospecting: Connect directly with owners and general managers of general contractors, specialty trade firms, home service providers, commercial fleets, property managers, and professional service practices throughout Omaha and Douglas & Sarpy Counties.
Live In-Person & Remote Demos: Walk local business owners through live interactive AI phone simulations and showcase modern, responsive website templates.
Same-Day Closing: Close transactions on the spot using direct Stripe hosted checkout links for one-time builds and recurring software subscriptions.
Long-Term Client Equity: Retain ongoing residual income on every recurring subscription in your book of business as long as the accounts remain active.
Uncapped Compensation & Dual Revenue Streams
Earn immediate upfront cash commissions on package launches plus compounding monthly recurring residuals on every active subscription:

Upfront Project Cash: Earn 20% to 25% upfront commission on one-time build packages ($200 $250 on Website Launches, $400 $500 on Website+DBO bundles, $600 $750 on Full Suite bundles).
35% Upfront Monthly Residuals (Years 1 & 2): Earn 35% of all recurring subscription revenue generated across your first 24 months ($129/mo Phone & $99/mo DBO).
20% Lifetime Recurring Residuals (Year 3+): Retain 20% ongoing monthly recurring revenue for as long as your accounts remain active.
