Our partner, a leading innovator in the HVAC distribution space and currently recognized as one of the top-performing providers in Michigan , is seeking an Account Executive to join their rapidly expanding team in Howell, MI .

Compensation

• Salary and Uncapped Commission + equity/profit-sharing opportunities
• 90k to 150k+ OTE year 1!

Requirements and Skills

• 3-7+ years of sales experience/ CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot)
• HUNTER mindset + mentality!
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas
• Build and manage a full sales pipeline from prospect to close
