What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire project lifecycle
- Translate functional and branding briefs into clear directives for internal design and production teams
- Take real ownership of each project, staying hands-on and present through every phase — concept development, design, production, logistics, setup, and delivery — and solving issues directly in the field rather than delegating
- Prepare art panels and ensure brand application meets client standards
- Be on-site during installations and setups at events and conventions
- Manage multiple accounts and projects with strong attention to detail and deadline adherence
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in an agency, events firm, or creative/production services company — our client is a production company, not an advertising agency, so we're looking for someone with true project ownership, not primarily an account or art-management profile
- If your background is agency-based, your core strength should be project management — being hands-on and present throughout execution — rather than account management or creative/art direction
- Proven track record taking ownership of projects end-to-end and overseeing execution on the ground, not just managing client relationships
- Fully bilingual (Spanish/English) — professional-level communication in both languages
- Ability to interpret creative and functional briefs and turn them into actionable deliverables
- Knowledge of brand management and graphic art application
- Availability for fieldwork, extended hours, and weekends based on event schedules
- Own vehicle required
What We Offer:
- High-profile projects with recognized brands
- Dynamic environment with room for growth
