What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities with shippers that need dependable transportation solutions
- Building and managing your own sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach
- Creating strategic sales plans designed to exceed revenue and gross margin goals
- Presenting customized logistics solutions and negotiating successful partnerships
- Working closely with operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences
