• Identifying and securing new business opportunities with shippers that need dependable transportation solutions
• Building and managing your own sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach
• Creating strategic sales plans designed to exceed revenue and gross margin goals
• Presenting customized logistics solutions and negotiating successful partnerships
• Working closely with operations teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences
• Staying informed on market trends and uncovering new opportunities for growth
