To drive profitable sales of NCR Voyix's Retail portfolio, the full-time Account Director - Retail will manage account and opportunity planning, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction while working remotely and on the road in the US North East region. Key responsibilities: Understand the retail industry and articulate the business value of NCR's Retail solution portfolio to customers Manage the sales funnel opportunities from pipeline to closure while developing strategic account and customer opportunity plans Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase satisfaction and account profitability Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Commerce (MBA preferred) 5+ years of proven sales experience, particularly in the Retail industry Experience in selling solutions, including infrastructure and software applications Proven success in managing account relationships and achieving quota objectives Ability to develop senior-level business relationships with customers using a Consultative Selling approach
