Account Director (Client Services)
Robert Half's agency client is seeking an experienced Account Director to serve as the primary client-facing leader within a growing marketing/branding agency. This individual will be responsible for managing key client relationships, overseeing strategic marketing and creative initiatives, leading account services operations, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
This role works closely with agency leadership, creative teams, and clients to drive projects from concept through execution while identifying opportunities for account growth and new business development. The Account Director will also mentor team members, help improve internal processes, and contribute to the overall success and profitability of the agency.

Key Qualifications:
- 7+ years of account management or client services experience within an agency environment
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing communications, content development, and digital and print marketing
- Healthcare/pharma/medical device industry experience required
- Proven client relationship management and business development skills
- Prior experience leading teams, managing projects, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
The hourly range for this position is W2 $40-55/hr DOE and targeting 90-110K upon conversion DOE.
