Are you an experienced Account Director ready to take the lead on high-impact medical communications accounts?
We’re partnering with a growing, innovative healthcare agency looking for a client service powerhouse who can combine strategic thinking, scientific expertise, account leadership, and people management.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships and serve as a strategic day-to-day partner
- Bring strong scientific and therapeutic-area knowledge across a range of projects and deliverables
- Lead project execution, budgets, forecasting, resourcing, and overall account health
- Identify opportunities for organic growth and contribute to pitches and new business
- Lead, coach, and mentor account teams, helping develop talent and elevate performance
- Partner closely with scientific, creative, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work
What we’re looking for:
- Extensive experience within Medical Communications
- Strong client-facing experience in a fast-paced agency environment
- Experience managing multiple accounts and competing priorities
- Proven project and financial management skills
- A collaborative, people-first leadership style
- Strong scientific knowledge and understanding of pharma regulations and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in science, pharmacology, medicine, or a related field
