A global leader in Facilities Management is seeking an exceptional Account Director to oversee a major financial institution across a multi-site New York portfolio. This is a high-visibility, strategic role managing total FM delivery—both hard and soft services —for one of the firm’s flagship clients.
- Lead the operational, commercial, and strategic performance of a high-profile, multi-site account.
- Deliver best-in-class Total Facilities Management (TFM) service across all disciplines.
- Build strong client relationships at senior level and act as the primary escalation point.
- Drive contract performance, KPI achievement, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure financial and operational excellence.
- Develop long-term account strategy aligned with client objectives.
- Proven background in Facilities Management —must have strong FM leadership experience.
- Experience running large, complex, multi-site corporate or financial services environments.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage multimillion-dollar contracts.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Service-side experience preferred, though high-calibre client-side candidates will be considered.
- Up to $280,000 base salary .
- Performance-based bonus.
