Account Director (Fully Remote)

• Serve as senior client lead and strategic partner for a high-profile medical publications and medical affairs portfolio.
• Ensure consistent delivery excellence across congress and journal publications while upholding scientific rigor and compliance.
• Bring clarity and momentum to complex, multi-stakeholder programs with global authors and experts.

Operational and Financial Management:

• Oversee end-to-end execution of publication assets including abstracts, posters, and manuscripts.
• Manage workflows and approvals using platforms such as iEnvision and Veeva.
• Provide strong financial oversight including budgeting, forecasting, and accurate invoicing.

Client and Team Development:

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients and drive account growth.
• Lead and manage direct reports while collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Anticipate risks, solve problems proactively, and maintain stakeholder alignment.
