Account Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Account/Customer Coordinator to join a growing manufacturing organization in Omaha, Nebraska. This position plays a critical role in supporting the sales team through a combination of customer service, order management, production coordination, and cross-functional communication.

Position Overview

As an Account/Customer Coordinator, you will serve as a key liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal departments. You will be responsible for evaluating open order reports, tracking production changes, and communicating delivery updates to account executives to help ensure customers receive accurate information and exceptional service. This role supports approximately 25 customer accounts within a B2B environment and reports directly to the Director of Customer Coordination.

Role Details

• Location: Omaha, Nebraska
• Work Schedule: On-site, Monday - Friday standard business hours
• Pay: $25 - $28/hour
• Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
• Contract Length: 6 months with opportunity for permanent hire based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze open order reports and customer information.
• Coordinate with production and cross-functional teams regarding scheduling and delivery timelines.
• Communicate order updates and production changes to account executives.
• Help ensure accurate and timely delivery information for customers.
• Manage day-to-day administrative and analytical support functions for the sales team.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customer accounts.

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of customer service experience.
• Associate's degree or higher in Business or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a contract manufacturing environment.
