Title: Account Coordinator
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Work Schedule: On-site, M-F

Please note, this is an on-site position, so you must be comfortable commuting to an office Monday-Friday.
What You'll Do:
- Support the account team as a key point of contact for clients, helping build trusted relationships and ensuring their day-to-day needs are met
- Coordinate closely with design, events, and project management teams to help bring each client's vision to life, from custom exhibits to large-format graphics to permanent installations
- Assist in building out project roadmaps, helping ensure scope is clearly documented and understood before work kicks off with the design team
- Help translate client goals and feedback into clear direction for the design and project management teams
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs to help keep everything moving smoothly
- Bring energy, organization, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where every project looks different
What You Bring:
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing or account support role
- Interest in or exposure to the agency, events or experiential industry is a plus
- Comfort learning and using project management tools while juggling multiple moving pieces at once
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset - you're someone who takes initiative and follows through
