Acceptance Test Technician - 1st ShiftEaton's IS AER FED division is currently seeking an Acceptance Test Technician - 1st Shift to join our team in Glenolden, PA!The is a 1st shift position and the core hours are 7 am - 3:30 pm, M-F. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.What You'll Do:The Acceptance Test Technician is responsible for testing products for compliance with Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and product drawing within the guidelines of internal and customer documents. In this role, you will:Utilize test fixtures and test equipment to verify product compliance to Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) / drawings and maintain accurate ATP recordsComplete all required documentation such as test data sheets, time sheets, and routersPerform preliminary troubleshooting and diagnose common failure modes when test failures occurWorks from work orders, engineering drawings, and visual/written work instructions to assemble mechanical componentsPrioritize work based on production dispatchMonitor workload and request assistance from leader when necessary to meet customer demandIdentify and initiate continuous improvement for product safety, quality, and efficiencyMaintain an organized and clean area per 5S+ standardsQualifications:Required (Basic) Requirements:High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institutionMinimum of 1 year of experience in a mechanical environmentEaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this positionNo relocation benefit is offered for this position.
