Accenture Construct - Vice President – Program & Construction Management (Transit), ANS

san francisco, ca • Posted Today
Remote Full Time Business Development & Strategy

You\'ve Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough." You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built. At Accenture Construct, that\'s the job. You\'ll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably. You\'ll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.

Because “good enough” builds the past. You\'re here to build what\'s next.

THE WORK

  • You\'ll lead and execute the regional growth strategy for Program and Construction Management services supporting transit and major transportation infrastructure.
  • You\'ll serve as the firm\'s executive client lead for key Northern California transit agencies and municipal clients.
  • You\'ll identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, including overseeing capture planning, pursuit strategy, teaming, and executive‑level interviews.
  • You\'ll strengthen and expand relationships with public‑sector owners, decision‑makers, and industry partners, positioning the firm as a trusted advisor.
  • You\'ll provide executive oversight of major programs to ensure excellence in schedule, cost, risk management, constructability, and stakeholder coordination.
  • You\'ll build, mentor, and lead high‑performing teams while developing future leaders within the organization.
  • You\'ll collaborate with firm leadership to align regional initiatives with enterprise‑wide strategic objectives.
  • You\'ll represent the firm externally through industry leadership, participation in professional organizations, and engagement in regional forums.
  • Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center. With all our roles, there is some in‑person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

$200,000 - $280,000 a year
