NSA’s Multidisciplined Language Analysts (MDLAs) support the SIGINT mission by analyzing foreign language materials, translating, and providing assessments for policymakers and military leaders.
Roles may be in the Language Analysis Development Program (LADP) or direct hire, with up to three years of intensive training and 4–5 operational tours across NSA offices. Proficiency in target languages and ILR benchmarks are required.
