As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year in the Education, Training & E-Learning department, you will support students’ academic growth through small-group and one-on-one tutoring, particularly in literacy and math. Working full time on a diverse school-based team, you’ll collaborate with teachers, lead enrichment and homework help sessions, and provide consistent mentoring that builds students’ confidence, attendance, and engagement.
