As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve on a diverse school-based team to support students’ academic and social-emotional growth. In partnership with teachers, you will provide small-group and one-on-one tutoring in core subjects, track student progress, and help create an engaging, inclusive classroom environment. You will build positive relationships with students, model leadership and social justice values, and support after-school programs.
