As an Academic Tutor and Mentor with City Year, you’ll serve full-time in a partner public school, providing academic support, small-group tutoring, and near-peer mentoring to students. Working with a diverse AmeriCorps team, you’ll help improve attendance, reinforce classroom instruction, and foster students’ social-emotional skills. You will collaborate with teachers, track student progress, and participate in ongoing training and professional development.
