The Education Scheduling Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting and managing clinical training programs for a diverse range of healthcare students. This position oversees scheduling, onboarding, compliance, and administrative tasks related to job shadowing, nursing, allied health, and graduate-level student programs. Additionally, it supports departmental reporting and special project coordination.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Education
High school diploma required; associate degree in a related field preferred.
Experience
Minimum two years of office experience and at least one year of data entry experience required. One year of teaching experience is also necessary.

Strong communication skills, high concentration, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential. Must be able to move throughout the facility and lift or carry up to 10 pounds.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling, onboarding, and clinical placements for various student programs including job shadowing, nursing (ADN, BSN, MSN), allied health, paramedic/EMT, and medical assistant students.
- Act as a liaison between students, academic institutions, and clinical training sites.
- Ensure adherence to institutional onboarding and compliance requirements.
- Assist in organizing and executing clinical education events.
- Collect and input data into APEX and support quarterly audit reviews.
- Contribute to federal, state, board, and APEX reporting as well as student activity tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of training, participation, and compliance across multiple disciplines.
- Support senior education staff with special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Assist with pipeline activities targeting high school and undergraduate students.
