Position Title: Academic Scholar - Clinical Assistant / Associate Professor, Division of General Internal Medicine.
The Division of General Internal Medicine, Jacobs School of Medicine (JSMBS) & Biomedical Sciences, University at Buffalo (UB), seeks innovative physicians for full-time positions at our suburban adult internal medicine practice. Qualified candidates will be appointed at the Clinical Assistant / Associate Professor level.
Responsibilities
Successful candidates will provide primary and comprehensive care for adult patients at our multispecialty practice in a community-based setting. In addition, you will lead the development of novel approaches to ambulatory patient care using state‑of‑the‑art technology. The role includes support from a dedicated team to develop a concierge‑like experience for patients. Teaching responsibilities for residents, medical students, and advanced practice providers will be developed in the future.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- MD/DO
- Board‑eligible / Board‑certified in Internal Medicine
Preferred Qualifications
- Eligible for medical licensure in the State of New York
- Current and unrestricted DEA Certificate
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis
