The office collectively advises 3,500 undergraduates pursuing 51 different majors and 50+ minors in the Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degree programs.The Academic Records Specialist, reporting to the Manager of Academic Records, is responsible for maintaining CAS students' academic records. The position has comprehensive knowledge of the university's student information system and processes all changes to academic records. The position also provides integral administrative support for transfer credit postings and special projects.Work InteractionsThe Academic Records Specialist reports to the Manager of Academic Records and assists a team of sixteen advising deans.
The role works closely with one administrative assistant and several graduate student assistants and liaises frequently with the Office of the University Registrar and the Office of Global Education.
