Academic Project Coach

Supporting students in their academic writing journey, the fully remote Indigo Project Coach will mentor high school students in developing research questions, structuring arguments, and drafting well-organized academic papers, while collaborating with Research Mentors to enhance the writing process. Key Responsibilities Assist students in formulating research questions and understanding academic writing fundamentals Teach students how to structure arguments and synthesize sources effectively Guide students through drafting and revising their academic papers, providing actionable feedback Required Qualifications Master's degree with research experience from a top 20 university Strong background in academic writing and research Experience teaching or coaching writing at the high school or undergraduate level Ability to simplify complex writing concepts into actionable guidance Comfortable working with high-achieving, international students
