Academic Partnerships Director

To drive strategic growth in academic partnerships, the full-time Academic Partnerships Director will manage collaborations with life sciences partners and oversee the development of innovative EEG platforms for clinical applications, working in a hybrid environment from Boston, MA or remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and manage strategic partnerships with academic institutions and life sciences organizations Lead initiatives to enhance the clinical development of EEG platforms for neurological and psychiatric disorders Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful implementation of partnerships Required qualifications Advanced degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, neuroscience, or business Proven experience in managing academic partnerships or collaborations in the healthcare or life sciences sector Strong understanding of EEG technology and its applications in clinical settings Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management within academic and clinical environments
