Location: Worcester and Northborough, MA

Salary: $122,803.20 – $221,062.40 (Exempt)
Hours: 8 am – 5 pm, Monday through Friday (40 hours)
Schedule: Day Shift, 8 Hours
- Provide comprehensive eye exams
- Emergency follow‑up care
- Glaucoma co‑management
- Vision rehabilitation services
- Same‑day service care
- Prescription of eyeglasses or contact lenses
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited program
- Eligibility for or currently holds a Massachusetts license
- Board‑certified or board‑eligible in optometry
- Exceptional work‑life balance – no evenings or weekends, protected admin time

- Practice at the top of your license with high clinical autonomy
