Academic Foot and Ankle Surgeon – Worcester, MA

Hiring Range: $400,000 – $450,000. The final offer may vary within this range based on a candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

Qualifications

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Fellowship training in Foot and Ankle Surgery required
• Demonstrated interest in academic medicine, including teaching and/or research
• MD or DO degree with eligibility for Massachusetts medical licensure
• Commitment to collaborative practice and long‑term program growth
