Overview

We are looking for a Physician Assistant or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our Hospitalist team. In this role, you will manage the full spectrum of inpatient care, including admissions, discharges, and ongoing hospital care. You will work with an experienced physician team, receiving comprehensive support and training, and contribute to the development of an exciting new inpatient care model.

• Work with an experienced, highly skilled physician team, receiving comprehensive support and training.
• Gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment and contribute to the development of an innovative inpatient care model.

Opportunity Details

• Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7p.m.–7a.m.)
• Shift Differential: Provided during appropriate times
• Educational Growth: Learn directly from attending physicians and receive mentorship and guidance.
• Supportive Environment: Work within a team dedicated to excellence in patient care.

Qualifications

• For NPs: ACNP certification required
• For PAs: CAQ in Hospital Medicine preferred
• Current Board Certification
• Active Arizona License
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications
• Current prescribing privileges, including DEA license for controlled substances
• Patient‑centric team player
• Highly qualified new graduates considered
