Academic Clinical Cardiology Specialist

The Sydell and Arnold Miller Family Heart, Vascular & Thoracic Institute, Cleveland, Ohio.

We are recruiting highly qualified BE/BC noninvasive and invasive cardiologists for our Cardiovascular Department at the Cleveland Clinic Heart Vascular and Thoracic Institute. Opportunities exist in Sports Cardiology, Adult Congenital Heart Disease, Geriatric Cardiology, and other niche noncardiovascular procedural areas may also apply.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cardiovascular surgeons and other cardiology sections to provide optimal care for patients with complex cardiac conditions.
• Deliver clinical care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Advance clinical and research productivity toward national and international recognition.
• Mentor and educate fellowship trainees.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified (BE/BC) in noninvasive and/or invasive cardiology.
• Specialized experience or interest in Sports Cardiology, Adult Congenital Heart Disease, or Geriatric Cardiology is preferred.
• Strong commitment to clinical excellence, research, and education.

Faculty Appointment

Faculty appointment is available at a rank commensurate with experience, under the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University.

Benefits

Salary range reflects anticipated compensation for full‑time (100% FTE) physicians: Minimum $428,000; Maximum $639,000. The range is aligned with or below the 50th percentile of national benchmarks and is based on experience, expertise, and board certification. Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement, and other offerings.
