Supporting student success and timely degree completion, the hybrid Undergraduate Academic Advisor will assist students with academic programs and degree requirements while collaborating with faculty and campus partners, providing program support, and maintaining advising resources. Key responsibilities Advise undergraduate students on academic programs, degree requirements, and university policies Coordinate academic scheduling and curriculum-related processes while enhancing departmental outreach and recruitment Maintain advising resources and contribute to operational activities that improve the advising office's effectiveness Required qualifications Master's degree in a relevant field or bachelor's degree with significant related experience Experience providing academic support to undergraduate students Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and activities while meeting deadlines Effective communication of policies and procedures to diverse constituents Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and common applications
