What You'll Do:
• Serve as a mentor and caregiver to youth during their temporary stay
• Lead daily routines and engage them in structured activities
• Help assess their needs and contribute to a long-term care plan
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and non-punitive environment
• Demonstrate strong character, accountability, and professionalism
Shift Pay:
$17-$19/hour
