Campaign Fellows will be paid a weekly stipend of $250 for an average of 15 hours each week.Job DescriptionAbdul for Senate is seeking talented candidates to work as campaign fellows for the 2026 election cycle. We are looking for passionate, hardworking individuals who are committed to our mission of electing Abdul El-Sayed our next U.S. Senator.Role Overview:Campaign fellows will be the backbone of our organizing program, helping us build people power across Michigan.

Fellows will recruit, train, and support volunteers while engaging voters directly in their communities to build support ahead of the 2026 primary. This will be a part time position based around the state. This position offers compensation in the form of a $250 weekly stipend for an average of 15 hours of work each week.Responsibilities:Recruit and onboard volunteers through outreach calls, texts, and in-person conversationsTrain, equip, and delegate to passionate volunteer leadersConduct voter contact via door-to-door canvassing, phone banking, and textingHelp plan and execute local organizing events, trainings, and canvassesTrack data in campaign tools to measure outreach and progressOther campaign needs as requiredQualifications (Required):Must have transportation to attend events as neededProficiency with Google Drive and Sheets/ExcelSuperior written and verbal communication skillsAbility to learn new skills and take on new challenges, with a desire to learn and a willingness to ask questionsAbility to balance between competing priorities in a fast-paced, demanding environment while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detailCommitment to electing Abdul El-Sayed to the U.S.
