Detail-oriented and organized, the full-time remote ABA Credentialing Specialist will coordinate provider credentialing and re-credentialing, manage payer enrollments, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer requirements across a growing multi-state organization. Key Responsibilities Coordinate provider credentialing and re-credentialing for clinical providers across multiple states Maintain provider records and ensure compliance with credentialing documentation and requirements Serve as a primary point of contact for providers regarding credentialing and enrollment questions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience Minimum of 2 years of provider credentialing or healthcare enrollment experience Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payer credentialing Familiarity with credentialing platforms such as CAQH, NPPES, and Availity Strong understanding of provider credentialing and payer enrollment processes
