What You’ll Do
- Provide ABA services in a variety of settings (public schools, private preschools, homes, community)
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other clinical assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision to RBTs and direct parent training
- Maintain strong clinical documentation and data-driven decision-making

Requirements
- Reliable transportation & valid ID
- BCBA Certification
- Ability to engage in active work (standing, bending, lifting, movement throughout sessions)
- Passion for helping others learn and grow
Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time)
- $85,000–$105,000 starting salary (based on experience, credentials, and availability).

While this role prioritizes in-person collaboration and client support, select responsibilities such may be completed remotely when appropriate.
Schedule
- School-based services: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
- Home/community sessions: after school hours
- Some flexibility during training
