What You’ll Do
- Provide ABA services in a variety of settings (public schools, homes, community)
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other clinical assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision to RBTs and direct parent training
- Maintain strong clinical documentation and data-driven decision-making
- After-school hours required with a minimum of two home cases per week during those hours

Requirements
- Reliable transportation & valid ID
- BCBA Certification
- State Licensure (Required prior to starting employment, but is not required at time of hire)
- Ability to engage in active work (standing, bending, lifting, movement throughout sessions)
- Passion for helping others learn and grow
Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time)
- $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for Full-Time BCBAs (subject to meeting eligibility requirements)
- Hourly wage: Starting at $80 per hour, based on education and experience

Schedule
- Full-time and part-time roles available
- School-based services: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
- Home/community sessions: after school hours
- Some flexibility during training
