(ABSI), visit our website at Qualifications:Completed Bachelor's DegreeMaster's degree in ABA, Psychology or related field in progress2 or more years of Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)In addition, all candidates will need:Valid state issued drivers' license and car insurance (driving is required)Must be computer literate, highly dependable, organized, very detail-oriented, and have flexible availability.Drive a minimum of 30-60 miles from your location, or locations as needed to fulfill client needs, requiredAbility to communicate effectively, orally and in writing with all levels of the ABSI team, the general public and the people we supportAbility to work in home, school, and clinical settingsAbility to walk, stand, stoop and push a wheelchair and be out in a variety of weatherAbility to lift 50 pounds repetitivelyMust have good leadership skillsWe offer Behavior Specialists / Case Managers Professional Development to become a Qualified Autism Services Practitioner Supervisors (QASP and QASP-S) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA). We will supply the BCBA field work requirements (supervision hours) for individuals to meet the qualifications to sit for the BCBA exam.
