Take up small JIRA for Ab Initio development (will not be highly complex or complex, and be medium at max). Candidate to work on enhancing existing Ab Initio graphs after understanding requirements, performing data analysis on ORACLE dB and feeds analysis. Candidate will work with ETL SME to take requirements for the above activities.Key ResponsibilitiesGet involved & take responsibility in requirement gathering/understanding, effort estimation for project, project planning and monitoring. Be proficient/expert in Ab Initio ETL & Database technologies, share expertise with the team to address project requirements. Have good hands-on knowledge of Ab Initio. Small and Medium JIRA would require enhancements to existing Ab Initio graphs and wrapper scripts. To work proactively & independently to address project requirements, and articulate issues/challenges at appropriate time to address project delivery risks. Provide expertise in technical analysis and solving issues during project delivery.
Experience in Full-Life-Cycle Development of ETL Projects. To do code review, test case reviews and ensure code developed meets the requirements. Ensure quality, standards, version control by properly following the process. Co-ordinate within the regional team and cross regional team for User Acceptance Testing.Person Specification Knowledge/ExperienceProficient in Ab Initio features and functionality (Minimum hands-on in co-operating version 2.15, 3.x and 4.x), including EME concepts.
