What You'll Do
* Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home and/or in the new Mesa clinic under BCBA supervision.
* Collect and record accurate data to drive treatment success.
* Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with fidelity.
* Collaborate with your supervising BCBA to ensure client progress.
* Foster positive, engaging learning environments for every child.
What We're Looking For
* Hold an active RBT certification through the BACB.
* Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
* Demonstrate strong communication, professionalism, and integrity.
* Bring enthusiasm, patience, and dedication to each session.
Pay & Benefits (W-2 Employees)
* Competitive hourly pay based on experience and certification ($22-$25/hour).
