Agency Launch Bonus

• The Agency Launch bonus is paid once the candidate launches a fully compliant AAA branded agency.

Marketing Reimbursement

• Paid to Agency Owner bi‑weekly.
• Starts in year 3 paid monthly.

The EA model is designed to serve members. Candidates receive a detailed deployment plan, compliance guidance, step‑by‑step onboarding, and comprehensive education combining in‑person and virtual training. Resources include assistance with licensed staff, financial management, business plan development, and access to a network of experienced EAs and business experts.

Agency Owner Overview

This opportunity is for self‑motivated, results‑driven business people interested in building a profitable, multi‑line insurance agency. You will serve new and prospective AAA Members, selling property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships to a well‑defined client base.

Agency Owner Requirements

• Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance licensing (preferred). If not held, the candidate must obtain them at their expense.
• Completion of the Business Plan/Cash‑flow analysis with AAA guidance.
• Four‑week, 100% virtual training with live instructor.
• Approved AAA‑branded office space.
• Proof of at least $75,000 investable capital (seasoned for 60 days).
• Pass background check, criminal history, and credit/financial check.
• Recommendation to have two licensed staff members upon agency opening.

• AAA Membership – programs for autos, bicycles, RVs, and motorcycles, offering roadside‑assistance and savings opportunities.
• Property and Casualty Insurance – Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Flood, RV, Boat, Motorcycle, Specialty Vehicles, and Commercial Lines, plus brokered products from national and regional carriers.
• Life Insurance – Term, Universal Life, Whole Life, and Annuities offered through AAA Life Insurance Company.
