AAA Gameplay Data Capture Specialist

Help improve next-generation AI systems by capturing high-quality gameplay data from top-tier AAA games. This remote contract role centers on accurate gameplay recording, organization, annotation, and feedback, with no prior AI experience required.

• Play specified AAA titles and capture gameplay data systematically using internal tools.
• Record, organize, and annotate game sessions with close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Provide clear updates and feedback to remote teammates and team leads.
• Troubleshoot recording and data-capture workflow issues.
• Securely store, catalog, and transfer data files in accordance with project guidelines.
• Maintain timely written and verbal communication, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.

• Strong passion for and experience with AAA games, including access to project-required titles.
• High gameplay proficiency and the ability to follow capture instructions precisely.
• Excellent, prompt, detail-oriented written and verbal communication.
• A high-end gaming PC capable of running and recording the latest AAA games smoothly at high resolutions.
• Experience with gameplay recording or data-capture tools, with industry or proprietary-tool experience considered a plus.
• Self-motivation, reliability, problem-solving ability, and adaptability in a remote, fast-changing environment.

• Experience in gameplay QA, playtesting, or data-capture work.
• Familiarity with video-editing or data-annotation tools.
• Experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams.

• Remote contract engagement using a pay-per-task model.
• Five specialists are expected to be onboarded early next week, Monday through Tuesday.

$10 to $15 per hour.
