Job Description:
We are seeking a Computer Technician to assemble, integrate, configure, and troubleshoot PC hardware, operating systems, and peripherals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and configure PC components, circuit boards, disk drives, and storage devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues, equipment failures, and configuration problems.
- Diagnose malfunctions and replace defective parts.
- Maintain documentation for repairs, shipping, and build process updates.
- Support process improvements and follow established procedures.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware and peripherals.
- A+ certification may be required for specific departments.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Overtime and travel may be required based on business needs.
