Minimum Requirements:
- Must have active state license
- BC required
- Call, Weekend call
- NRP and PALS required
- Approximately 30 deliveries per month, 250 deliveries per year, 0 - 2 patients per day in peds floor
- Nursery level I, pediatric floor and deliveries required
- Credentialing needed
- DEA needed
