A&D Engagement Manager

MEC2 is looking for a passionate and well-connected professional to strengthen our relationships within the architecture and design community across North America.

We create dining chairs, lounge seating, outdoor furniture, tables, and custom hospitality solutions for restaurants, resorts, senior living, workplace dining, and commercial interiors.

This role is focused on building trust, inspiring designers, and helping create exceptional spaces.

What You'll Do

• Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, hospitality consultants, and specifiers.
• Introduce and present furniture collections, materials, finishes, and custom capabilities.
• Drive product specifications for hospitality and commercial projects.
• Support designers from concept development through project completion.
• Represent MEC2 at design events, trade shows, and industry gatherings.
• Identify market opportunities and emerging design trends.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in contract furniture, hospitality furniture, architecture, interior design, or specification-focused sales.
• Strong network within the A'&D (Architecture & Design) community.
• Passion for furniture, hospitality, and design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to travel throughout the U.S.
