What you have:
- 2-6 years of experience in trademark litigation and/or copyright disputes
- Preference given for TTAB experience
- Preference given for recent experience at an Am Law 100 firm
- Active license to practice law
What you will do:
- Work on disputes involving brand names, logos, slogans, trade dress, unfair competition, and/or copyright infringement
- Provide case assessments and litigation strategies
- Research likelihood-of-confusion, dilution, fair use, parody, 1st Amendment, intersection of IP/AI usage, and jurisdictional xzgxqkn issues
- Draft pleadings, complaints, answers, counterclaims, motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, and other documents in support of dispute resolution
- Prepare/examine witness declarations, expert reports, and trial briefs
