TurFresh is seeking a performance-driven leader to own the daily performance of our inbound sales team. You will coach via structured one-on-one sessions, reinforce training from weekly workshops, and drive accountability through role-plays and review of AI insights.
Ideal candidates will have a track record of improving conversion rates, using CRM data to guide coaching, and collaborating with Sales Operations and Marketing to optimize the customer journey.
