We offer on-site training and mentoring for all positions.Job Location111 Airpark Vista Blvd, Dayton, NV 89403We only accept W-2 candidates, H-1B sponsorship is not available.ResponsibilitiesESSENTIAL INBOUND JOB FUNCTIONSUnload live domestic deliveries from trailers using forklift equipment, or unload import containers by handUse our internal systems to systematically receive inventory accurately and efficiency, ready to be placed in storage rackingMove palletized product using forklift equipment to organize the receiving dock, or transport product to other areas of the Distribution centerScan and place inventory in racking locations using forklift equipment and a handheld scanning device, ready for warehouse operationsMaintain inventory by replenishing stock, verifying product accuracy, and supporting efficient warehouse operationsManage overstock, investigate discrepancies, adjusting inventory records, and completing routine inventory control tasks and reportingPerform daily cycle counts, audit inventory locations, verify SKU quantities, and maintain inventory accuracy using PIT equipmentOperate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and computers, following all established protocols and promoting safe working standardsMeet all expected performance standards regarding efficiency, accuracy and quality of workMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and reporting any hazards to the appropriate leadershipWork closely with team members and leadership to meet daily, weekly, and monthly departmental goalsAbide by all company and warehouse policiesFlex into other positions and departments and undertake additional duties as necessary to support the overall operationESSENTIAL OUTBOUND JOB FUNCTIONSRetrieve items from racking accurately and efficiently, using our handheld scanning devices, completed on foot or using forklift equipmentSort and consolidate picked items using handheld scanning devices, preparing customer orders for shipment processingPack products accurately and securely using our internal SPS system or CVP machines, focusing on providing an excellent customer experienceBundle and verify orders for shipment, ensure order accuracy, and operate the bundler systemLoad and stack packages into designated trailers, verify carriers, move palletized products as needed, and manage trailer lockout proceduresOperate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and computers, following all established protocols and promoting safe working standardsMeet all expected performance standards regarding efficiency, accuracy and quality of workMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines and reporting any hazards to the appropriate leadership.Work closely with team members and leadership to meet daily, weekly, and monthly departmental goalsAbide by all company and warehouse policiesFlex into other positions and departments and undertake additional duties as necessary to support the overall operationWAGEStarting Wage is $25/hr, with the potential raise every 6 months of up to $0.88.Work Hours1st Shift: Friday - Monday, 7:00AM to 5:30 PMPhysical RequirementsWork is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 12 hours/day.Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 75lbs.Work EnvironmentThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
