Position Summary

Position: Network Architect. Labor Category: Network Architect. Compensation: Up to $225,000 per year. Core hours: 9 AM–4 PM. Location: Chantilly, VA. Position requires a Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with a polygraph.

Core Responsibilities

• Significant experience with Python, Java, Automation and Systems Design.
• Deep understanding and experience in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google, IBM, Oracle) to design solutions for complex needs.
• Provide strategic direction, roadmap, and standards.
• Create and maintain architecture design and standards within models.
• Develop high‑level system specifications.
• Provide Systems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC) support.
• Collaborate with Engineers regarding design solutions.
• Evaluate current and emerging technologies, identifying solution impact.
• Work independently, possessing an aptitude for getting things done.
• Develop future technology and architectural advancements to support the customer’s vision and goals.
• Knowledge of modern software languages (e.g., Python, Bash scripting, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of configuration management tools (e.g., Puppet, Salt, Terraform, Chef).
• Knowledge of Containers (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Optional Requirements

• Experience with automated testing.
• Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Knowledge of Security Development Operations (SecDevOps) on iterative development projects.
• Knowledge of web applications and frameworks (e.g., Ruby, Rails, Django).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code.
• Knowledge of Agile development principles.
