In this role, you'll partner with business owners and plan sponsors to ensure their retirement plans run smoothly, remain compliant, and deliver value to participants.If you're passionate about retirement plan administration, enjoy building strong client relationships, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoAs a Retirement Plan Analyst, you will serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of 401(k) plan clients by:Acting as the primary point of contact for assigned retirement plan clientsManaging day-to-day plan administration activities, including:ContributionsParticipant loansDistributionsHardship withdrawalsPerforming compliance testing, including ADP/ACP and 402(g) testing Supporting annual compliance requirements, Form 5500 preparation, and plan deadlines.
