To support a growing team, the fully remote Defined Contribution Account Manager will maintain client relationships, manage a caseload of 401(k) plans, and prioritize workload to achieve weekly goals while exemplifying superior client service. Key responsibilities: Maintain client and advisor relationships with a focus on high retention rates Manage a caseload with a balanced focus on ADP and Safe Harbor plans Document all client interactions in the workflow management system and collaborate with other departments to enhance client experience Required qualifications: Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience Superior knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing NIPA credential, ASPPA credential, or a four-year college degree Ability to proactively manage a book of business with strong critical thinking skills Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development
