Working remotely, the full-time Special Projects Account Manager will consult with clients to complete outstanding prior year administration requirements, including compliance testing and Form 5500 filings. Key responsibilities: Maintain a caseload of clients with outstanding prior year administration work Consult and guide clients through completion of prior year work, ensuring timely project progress Coordinate with internal teams and communicate with various professionals to bring plans into compliance Required qualifications: 8-10 years of 401(k) plan administration and consulting experience Superior knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing Experience with mergers and acquisitions and controlled group testing NIPA or ASPPA credential; ERPA is a plus Ability to proactively manage a book of business with high critical thinking skills
